Returns & Exchanges

At Oleka Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in our swimwear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free exchanges and store credit returns. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Exchanges:

  • We want to make sure your Oleka Swim pieces fit perfectly! We offer one free exchange.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE or purchased with a discount of 25% or more cannot be exchanged.
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Send an email to info@olekaswim.com with "Exchange Request" in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number and the specific style and size you would like to exchange for.

Our friendly customer service team will respond to your request within 48 business hours.

Returns:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds to your original payment method. We will issue a store credit for the full amount of your returned item(s).
  • Exceptions: In rare instances and at our discretion, a refund to your original payment method may be possible. This will be subject to a fee.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE or purchased with a discount of 25% or more cannot be returned.
  • Please note: After utilizing your one free exchange, you will not be eligible for a return with store credit.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Send an email to info@olekaswim.com with "Return Request" in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders only).

Additional Information:

  • Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable (except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or faulty item).
  • Store credit issued for returns will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
